See what Google sees on your page

Paste a URL. In a few seconds you get the SEO problems a crawler finds on it, what to change, and a prompt to hand your coding agent.

Free, no sign-up. One page per check; nothing is stored.

What the checker looks at

Can search engines read it?

HTTP status and redirects
The page returns 200 in at most one redirect, over HTTPS.
Content in the server HTML
The text is in the HTML crawlers receive, not added later by JavaScript. The most common problem on sites built with React SPAs and AI app builders.
noindex and robots.txt
Nothing tells Google to skip the page.

Does it say what it is?

Title and meta description
Present, specific and the right length for search results.
One H1
A single main heading that states the topic.
Canonical URL
Absolute and pointing at the page itself, not a preview or another host.
Language
The <html lang> attribute is set.

Can it be found?

XML sitemap
Exists, is declared in robots.txt and lists this page.
Internal links
Real <a href> links to other pages that crawlers can follow.

Rich results and previews

Structured data
JSON-LD parses and has the properties Google requires for its type.
Open Graph
Title, description and image for link previews.
Image alt text
Meaningful images describe themselves.

Questions

Is this SEO checker really free?

Yes. No account, no email. You can check up to 10 pages every 10 minutes. Results aren't stored.

Why does it say my content isn't in the HTML?

The checker reads the page the way many crawlers do: the HTML your server sends, without running JavaScript. If your app renders its content in the browser (a React or Vite SPA, many AI app builders), that HTML is nearly empty. Google renders JavaScript later and not always fully, and many AI crawlers don't run it at all. Render the content on the server or at build time.

What does it not check?

It checks one URL as served. It doesn't see your search traffic, rankings, whether Google has indexed the page, Core Web Vitals, or problems elsewhere on the site such as orphan pages and broken links. Serpkin's full scan and Search Console connection cover those.

How do I fix the issues?

Each failing check says what to change and links to a guide. Or copy the prompt under your results and paste it into Claude Code, Codex or Cursor in your repository: it lists every issue with the observed value, so your agent can find the files and fix them.

Does it respect robots.txt?

Yes. It fetches robots.txt first and won't fetch a page that robots.txt closes to Serpkin's crawler. It requests at most three or four URLs per check: the page, robots.txt and the sitemap.
